James coordinates the overall wastewater treatment process from the collection system to the wastewater treatment plant to ensure a safe and high-quality final effluent.
James brings over 30 years of experience in the wastewater and collection field to the District. He gladly served 22 years with the City of Cleburne as Operator and Supervisor of the Wastewater Plant. He also served the City of Rio Vista for 7 years as the Public Works Director and managed Parker Water Corporation for several years. James strives to assist JCSUD customers to the best of his ability and truly values the relationships that are built with customers and his co-workers.
James is happily married and enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with his friends, family, and dogs.
