Josh holds his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix and his Master of Business Administration from Lamar University. He is a Certified Public Manager through the CPM program at Texas State University.
Josh has a diverse background within the organization. He has served numerous roles at JCSUD since 2016, including Accountant, Customer Service Manager, Utility Services Manager, Finance Manager, and Deputy General Manager. Josh was named JCSUD’s General Manager in June 2024.
Josh spends most of his free time with three kids. He enjoys coaching his children's sports teams, spending time outdoors, and golfing.
