Development Review Process

JCSUD System Development Team utilizes a Development Review schedule each month. The review schedule will show the following information: 

Developer's Comments Due to JCSUD: 

This is the date when the Engineer/Developer must have plans submitted to JCSUD in order to have them reviewed that month by JCSUD. If they are not received by 5 pm on the Developer's comments due date, the plans will be saved for next month's review.

*JCSUD does not offer an expedited review schedule.

JCSUD to Begin Review Week: 

This is when JCSUD will begin to review the plans submitted.  The plans are reviewed in the order they are received.

Board Meeting:

If your development requires any approval from the board, this will be the date that the development is presented.

Plan Approval Letters

If your development plans are approved, you will receive a plan approval letter by this date.

Comments Back to Developer/Engineer

If your development has comments, the plans will be sent back to the Developer/Engineer for changes.

The review process allows JCSUD to review and/or conduct research for two (2) weeks and the Engineer two (2) weeks to make changes.
