Here are the simple, step-by-step instructions for updating your autopay on the payment profile:
Click on the Pay my Bill Icon on the left side of the home page
Click-Proceed to site on the pop-up window
Click-Sign In/ Register at the top right of the page
Enter your login information or register to create an account.
Under the list of available services, click Utility Billing
On right side click Manage Auto pay
Click on the 3 vertical dots next to the draft date and click update payment info
Choose to either update current card, enter new card, or echeck
To update current card click the pencil and update fields and save
To enter a new card – fill in all required fields and click update info
To enter a new echeck – fill in all required fields and click update info
Click on Update info
If you update to a new card or new echeck you need to click on the three vertical dots, update payment information, then click on the circle next to the incorrect card number and click the trashcan icon to delete this information.
