Here are the simple, step-by-step instructions for updating your autopay on the payment profile:
1. Visit JCSUD.com
2. Click on the Pay my Bill Icon at the bottom of the picture.
3. Click-Proceed to site on the pop-up window
4. Under the list of available services, click Utility Billing
5. Click Sign In or Sign Up
6. Enter your Log In Information (Email and Password) or register your account
7. On right side of your name click Manage Auto pay
8. Click - Edit Payment
9. Choose to either enter new card or echeck
1. To enter a new card – fill in all required fields and click update info
2. To enter a new echeck – fill in all required fields and click update info
10. Click on Update info
11. If you enter a new card or new echeck you need to click on Edit Payment, then click on the circle next to the correct card number and click the star to make this the default card
12. Click Update Info.
13. To delete the old card or echeck you will click the Edit Payment button
14. Click the trash can next to those to delete.
15. Click - Delete
16. Click - Update Info
