NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN RELATING TO POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF WATER AND WASTEWATER IMPACT FEES
The Board of Directors of the Johnson County Special Utility District will hold a public hearing to consider the Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan under which a water and wastewater Impact Fee may be imposed.
THE PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD:

Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan.
