The Community Relations Department leads the overall development and execution of internal and external communication strategies, public relations, and community outreach.
The department provides JCSUD’s stakeholders and the public with information about JCSUD’s purpose, goals, programs, projects, and accomplishments. The Community Relations Department focuses on establishing public trust, a positive image for JCSUD programs and initiatives, and creating and designing increased awareness and supporting JCSUD’s vital services.
The department is continually developing a comprehensive, integrated communications program to grow and maintain an ongoing dialogue with key audiences, including existing customers, potential customers, developers, policymakers, news media, regional partners, JCSUD employees, and future employees.
