Josh Howard was named JCSUD's General Manager in June 2024. At the behest of the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and oversight of all District operations, governance, activities, financial accountability, system development and planning, system operations, communication and information system initiatives, and vision planning.
Deputy General Manager Dana Longoria supports the General Manager by overseeing key departmental functions and assisting in strategic planning, operational execution, and organizational leadership. She plays a vital role in ensuring cross-departmental coordination and supports the implementation of major initiatives that impact District operations and customer service.
District Secretary Diana Madrigal is responsible for maintaining official records of the District, preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. She also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and plays a key role in managing governance documentation and communication.
