A Notice of Quorum provides transparency by informing the public when a quorum of the JCSUD Board of Directors may be present at meetings or events outside of regularly scheduled board meetings. While no formal action is taken during these gatherings, posting a notice ensures compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and helps keep our customers informed about board member participation in community, educational, or governmental activities. Any upcoming Notice of Quorum postings will be posted below three business days in advance.
