Since 2013, JCSUD and CareFlite have partnered to allow our customers to become CareFlite members for $1 per month. This includes all permanent family members of your household at no additional cost. Benefits include no-cost or reduced-cost emergency helicopter, fixed-wing, and ground ambulance transport.
